IZOD G golf apparel is coming soon

It has been announced  that the Jensan Apparel Corporation's first IZOD G-branded range of golf apparel is set to arrive in US stores in the Fall of 2010. This follows Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation's announcement in December that it had licensed Jensan Apparel to produce and market a full range of golf wear including golf shoes etc for men, women and children under PVH's IZOD G brand name.

Jensen's new range will be distributed in green grass shops; golf, tennis and sporting goods stores; and specialty stores. The territory licensed to Jensan includes the United States, its territories and possessions, as well as Canada.

Based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Jensan was formed by Steven Banks, Chief Executive Officer, and Gordon Peters, President, specifically to market the IZOD G brand to the green grass and sports specialty markets.

The two also own the Tehama golf brand and will utilize Tehama's existing sales force and design team for the IZOD G line.

Jensan's IZOD G collection for next Fall will consist of polos and other knit tops, woven sport shirts, pants, shorts, skorts, jackets and windshirts, as well as a selection of headwears.

Dating back to the 1930s, the active IZOD brand is licensed to 24 companies covering 27 different product categories in the U.S., as well as in five international markets.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation is one of the world's largest apparel companies. It owns and markets the Calvin Klein brand worldwide. It is the world's largest shirt and neckwear company and markets a variety of goods under its own brands, Van Heusen, Calvin Klein, IZOD, ARROW, Bass and G.H. Bass & Co..
