Edge Your Exercise into Your Busy Schedule

Edge Your Exercise into Your Busy Schedule

Nowaday, more and more people are aware that exercise is good for them, but a lot of people exclude fitness activities from their lives with the excuse that they have not enough time or they are busy. Hve no time to go on the course, have no time to call friends to swing their clubs on the links, although they have the excellent 09 X-Forged Iron Set and  R9 460 Driver in their bag. In fact, with a little effort on your part, it's possible to fit exercise in, even if you have an incredibly busy schedule. You can get through that busy day without tuckering out at the end--and ultimately help your golf game.

Step 1 Exercise early in the morning if you can. That way you won't skip your workout if things get too busy as the day progresses. If you don't have time to go to the gym before work, use your commute as a chance to exercise. Run or bike to the office if possible. If that's not feasible, park a couple blocks away so you can fit in a brisk 10-minute walk.

Step 2 Work out on your lunch hour. While some companies offer yoga classes and other exercise activities, the reality is that most don't. If nothing organized is available, take a walk with a few of your co-workers or do some exercises at your desk .

Step 3 Get active at home. If you don't go to the office but instead stay at home with your kids, your schedule can be just as hectic. Instead of using the kids as an excuse not to exercise, exercise together. Take them for a walk to the park or the library or play a game, such as tag, in the backyard. Don't just watch the kids play. Join in.

Step 4 Do active chores. Vacuuming, mowing the lawn, dusting or any other household activity that gets you moving can count as part of your workout. Put on some music and try to up the intensity. It can also make a tedious chore more fun.

Step 5 Exercise in quick bursts if you can't fit in an entire workout at once. If you really can't schedule a 30-minute workout into your day, try for three 10-minute workouts a day. Any exercise you can get will be beneficial to your body.

Now, you will  squeeze your time next  to golf course and enjoy yourself to your heart's content.
